Engagement Settings in Studio
Go to Feeds, open a feed, and choose Engagement settings to configure engagement features for the feed’s Slack channel:- Anonymous Posting - Lets members post anonymously in the channel. See Anonymous posting.
- Thread Engagement Reminder - Reminds members to reply in threads. See Thread responder.
Accessing Engagement Settings in Slack
To access the Agent settings for a channel, select theEngagement Settings option in the dropdown menu of the channel settings.

Features
Both features are configured per feed. In Studio, open the feed and choose Engagement settings; in Slack, use the Engagement settings modal. The following Engagement features are available for each channel:Engagement settings modal
