Workspace and team configuration is located under the Workspace section of the Studio sidebar.
Admin
Navigate to Workspace > Admin to configure workspace settings and manage user access.
General
Configure basic workspace settings including the workspace slug and theme preferences.
- Workspace Slug: Your workspace identifier used in Studio URLs.
- Theme: Choose between light, dark, or system theme personal preferences.
Users
Manage which users can access the Tightknit Studio.
You can invite Slack workspace admins to join the Studio. Search users by name or email to find specific team members.
Only Studio organization admins with user management permissions can access
these settings.
Team Filter
Navigate to Workspace > Team filter to identify which users are considered teammates (aka colleagues or co-workers), for filtering your analytics.
Domains
Add email domains to automatically identify teammates. Members with email addresses matching configured domains can be bulk-added as teammates. Use domain verification to preview which members will be added before confirming.
Removing an email domain does not automatically remove existing teammates who
were added via that domain. Once members are added as teammates, they remain
in your team unless manually removed, regardless of domain configuration
changes.
Teammates
View and manage your team members. Search for members by name or email to add them individually, or remove existing teammates from the list.
