Use Tightknit's global shortcuts (opens in a new tab) to take actions related to your community in Slack.
How to Access Shortcuts in Slack
Global shortcuts can be accessed by searching for the shortcut name either in the top search bar, or by typing slash / followed by the shortcut name in any chat.
Tightknit Shortcuts

| Events | Opens the Events List modal, where they can view and interact with upcoming and past events in the community. | Anyone |
| Badges | Opens the user's Badge Log modal, where they can view the Badges they have received and Badges they have given to others. Admin users can also view all Badge award activity in the entire community. | Anyone |
| Create a Poll | Opens the modal to create a new Poll. | Admins only |
